Amy S. York, Esq.
After a successful engineering career with Marathon Ashland Petroleum (Catlettsburg, Kentucky and St. Paul Park, Minnesota), Amy left refining to pursue a career in the legal system.
Amy graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 2006.
Amy clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Kalitowski of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, then entered private practice, gaining experience in Minnesota, Ohio, and Texas in the areas of estate planning, probate, oil & gas, family law, banking, business law, employment law, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor work, and other areas of civil practice.
Amy focuses her practice on estate planning, probate law, business law, and certain real estate matters. She also accepts contract work from other law firms in states in which she is licensed: Amy is licensed to practice law in the states of Minnesota, Ohio, and Texas as well as most of the federal district courts in those states.
Amy enjoys quilting, jogging, bike riding, and spending time with family and friends.
